Apprenticeship to be an industry mechanic (m/f).

The industry mechanic (m/f) creates the machine. He manufactures the individual components and builds the machine. Industry mechanics are responsible for production processes and carrying out repair and maintenance tasks.

Training content and duration.

Turning, milling, drilling, sawing. During your training to be an industry mechanic you learn the basics about metal processing. In addition, you will learn to assemble machines based on engineering design drawings.

The apprenticeship course duration is 3.5 years.

Prerequisites.

Industry mechanics should have a good intermediate-level standard of education. A basic interest for technology is an essential prerequisite for this carrier. Similarly, you should be able to work well in a team, enjoy people's company and your work.
