EuroBLECH 2026 – Leveling. Deburring. Coil Lines.

Four days filled with innovations, exciting insights, and personal conversations: From October 20 to 23, 2026, ARKU presented its latest technologies for leveling, deburring, and coil processing at EuroBLECH in Hanover, Germany. The focus was on high-performance leveling and deburring machines, intelligent automation solutions, and cost-effective coil lines.

Numerous long-standing customers as well as prospective customers from Germany and abroad took the opportunity to learn about the latest developments and exchange ideas with ARKU experts.

Live Leveling and Deburring at EuroBLECH

A special highlight at the ARKU booth was the EdgeBreaker® 3000 FIBER, which was presented live for the first time at EuroBLECH. Developed specifically for fiber laser cut parts, this deburring machine reliably removes even hard and tough burrs. Both sides of the parts are deburred and edge rounded in a single pass, reducing processing time by up to 50%.

The EdgeBreaker® 6000 also demonstrated its versatility in processing punched and laser cut parts. The machine combines deburring, edge rounding, and surface finishing, allowing different processing results to be achieved in a single pass.

Visitors also had the opportunity to see the FlatMaster® 55 in action and experience precision part leveling firsthand. The result: flat and stress-relieved parts that can be reliably processed in subsequent production steps.

New Impulses for Sheet Metal Processing

With "Handling by ARKU," ARKU provided insights into how intelligent automation can make manufacturing processes more efficient. The focus was on automated loading and unloading of leveling and deburring machines.

ARKU also informed visitors about its Vision-Robots Workee® and EasyBot®, which offer solutions for autonomous parts handling. These systems reduce the workload for machine operators and help make manufacturing processes more efficient and cost-effective.

The efficient processing of flame cut parts was another key topic during discussions with visitors. ARKU experts provided information about the EdgeBreaker® 4000 NEXT, which reliably removes even heavy burrs and rounds edges on both sides in a single pass. They also explained the advantages of the EdgeBreaker® 9000 LINE, which combines slag removal, deburring, and edge rounding.

Coil-fed laser blanking was another important topic at EuroBLECH. ARKU experts informed visitors about how this technology enables sheet metal manufacturers to produce even medium-sized batches flexibly and cost-effectively directly from coil. One of its key advantages is improved material utilization. By eliminating the format limitations of conventional sheet metal blanks, parts can be nested more efficiently, significantly reducing scrap. For large parts, this can result in material savings of up to 30%.

Personal Exchange at EuroBLECH

In addition to technical innovations, EuroBLECH offered numerous opportunities for personal interaction. At the ARKU cocktail bar, visitors could engage in conversation with experts in a relaxed atmosphere, share experiences, and discuss current challenges and developments in sheet metal processing.
