    The EdgeBreaker® 3000 FIBER was developed specifically for processing the particularly hard and tough burrs that occur on parts during fiber laser cutting. The fiber burrs are reliably removed with powerful abrasive belts.
    All edges are then rounded to improve the adhesion of the coating. This reduces the risk of corrosion damage on exposed edges and ensures lasting resistance to rust.
    Both sides are processed in a single pass - this reduces the processing time by up to 50 %.

    The EdgeBreaker® 3000 FIBER processes fiber laser cut parts efficiently from both sides at the same time.     Frequently Asked Questions

    This can be achieved mechanically using various processes. With single-sided machines, a part must be turned after the first pass and processed again by the machine. With machines that process double-sided, such as the EdgeBreaker® 3000 FIBER, parts can be deburred and edge rounded from both sides in just a single pass.
