For this, we introduce you to our deburring machine, the EdgeBreaker® 6000. It is characterized above all by 3 things: It covers its complete processing spectrum, offers the best possible rounding results and is very intuitive to operate. The first processing unit, the wide belt, deburrs the sheets. The second module, the rotor, rounds the edges evenly. Finally, there is an optional unit for surface finishing.
Instead of setting tool selection, setting values or grinding speeds to the best of its ability as before, the EdgeBreaker® 6000 has a new artificial intelligence, the ARKU Wizard. It combines tool and machine data, ensuring optimized setting values for different jobs at the touch of a button. This is not only practical - it also shortens machining times.
The orientation in which the parts are placed on the machine is irrelevant for the deburring and rounding results. All common materials as well as large or small parts can be processed. The rotor is the heart of the machine. With 8 powerful roller brushes, the best rounding results of all known deburring methods are achieved. But even if you only need a small rounding, this helps to process your parts with a high speed. So you can process a lot of parts in a short time.
