Precision Levelers for Laser Cut & Punched Parts

Our precision leveling machines for stamped and laser cut parts ensure low-stress, flat parts & sheets starting at 0.1 mm (0.004 inches) thick. They straighten thin sheets with precision in the hundredths of a millimeter range. This allows subsequent processes such as welding, bending, or forming to be carried out more quickly, accurately and reliably.

    Frequently Asked Questions

A leveling machine (also known as a precision leveler or roller leveler) is used to remove internal stresses and flatten metal parts, sheets & plates. It works by passing the material through a series of rollers that apply alternating bends, resulting in a flat, low-stress component. This process improves dimensional accuracy and ensures consistent quality for downstream operations like welding, bending, or assembly.
