ARKU Precision Levelers as an Overview

The EcoMaster® 12 precision leveler delivers optimal leveling results, especially for thin sheet metal parts with a material thickness of 0.004" -  0.047" (0.1 - 1.2 mm). It is particularly well suited for applications involving small and delicate components, such as those used in the electrical, watchmaking, and textile industries.

The EcoMaster® 25 precision leveler delivers optimal leveling results, especially for thin sheet metal parts with a material thickness of 0.009" - 0.12" (0.2 - 3.0 mm). Typical applications include the automotive and aerospace industries, laser job shops, and the leveling of perforated sheet metal.

The precision leveler EcoMaster® 30 delivers optimal flatness results for sheet metal and entire sheets with a material thickness of 0.012" - 0.20" (0.3 - 5.0 mm). Usual applications include laser job shops, and the leveling of perforated sheet metal as well as electronic component manufacturers.

The FlatMaster® 55 ensures the best flatness and stress-relieve results for sheet metal and plate of a thickness between 0.02" up to 0.60" (0.6 up to 15 mm). Its servo-hydraulic adjustment system enables precise flatness and repeatable results. The FlatMaster® 88 delivers ideal flatness and stress-relieve results for sheet metal and heavy plate from 0.04" up to 1.10" (1.0 up to 28 mm) thick. Typical applications include machinery construction, job shops, agricultural equipment manufacturing, vehicle production as well as processing AHSS and armored plates and parts.

The FlatMaster® 120 is ideal for flattening and stress-relieving predominately heavy plate and parts from 0.06" up to 1.57" (1.5 up to 40 mm) thick. Typical applications include machinery and plant engineering, steel mills, the construction equipment industry, contract manufacturing, agricultural machinery, and vehicle production.

The FlatMaster® 140 ensures the best flatness and stress-relieving results for parts and heavy plates from 0.08" up to 1.77" (2.0 up to 45 mm) thick. The FlatMaster® 180 is ideal for leveling very large and very thick parts and plates with a thickness from 0.08" up to 1.77" (4.0 up to 60 mm) thick. The PlateMaster® was specially developed to level large and thick metal plates. Ideal for processing large and thick plates with heavy rust or dirt on them since the machine is resistant to dirt.
