Frequently Asked Questions

Stamped and laser-cut sheet metal parts often develop internal stresses due to heat input and mechanical deformation during cutting. These stresses can lead to distortion, uneven surfaces, and dimensional inaccuracies. Precision leveling machines remove these stresses through controlled roller bending, resulting in flat, stable parts that are ready for downstream processes like welding or bending.
