Into the drum it goes!

Deburring tumblers are ideal for processing small parts. Small plasma, oxyfuel and flame cut parts go right into the drum.

Whether as a stand-alone machine or as a supplemental process to the efficient EdgeBreaker® series, this deburring tumbler is the ideal solution for small parts.

Advantages:

  • Reliable deburring
Slag and burrs from plasma or oxyfuel cut parts are reliably removed.
  • Quiet
A special feature: the ARKU deburring tumbler works very quietly and therefore creates no additional noise in your production environment for your employees.
  • Removing rust and scale
A nice side effect: the drum removes rust and scale from your parts at the same time
  • Flexible in size
The deburring process can be adapted to your requirements. By selecting the abrasives and machine parameters, you can achieve the desired processing of your parts. Depending on the quantity of your parts, also in different sizes and designs.
  • Working in parallel
The drum works parallel in two ways. Without any operators or loud noise. In addition, the processing area of the tumbler can be subdivided for different tasks and thus perform different deburring tasks.
