ARKU range of services at a glance.

  • Cut-to-length lines with start-stop
  • Cut-to-length lines with flying or rotary shear
  • Cut-to-length lines with laser

Tailored blanks directly from the coil.

Whether using rotary or stationary shears: cut-to-length lines from ARKU process coils up to 40 t and strip widths up to 2200 mm. All common sheet thicknesses up to 20 mm can be processed. In addition to hot- or cold-rolled steel, galvanized, painted strips as well as stainless steel, aluminum and copper can all be utilized. The combination of a slitting and cut-to-length line is a particularly flexible solution (multi-blanking). The optionally integratable HiCap high-performance leveler guarantees flat materials. In addition, our line can be equipped with punching, embossing and bending units as well.

Flexible sheet metal processing in one pass.

Depending on the application: ARKU configures each line with different components. Thanks to many years of experience, we are able to supply according to the needs and quality criteria of the customers. Crop shears, trimming shears, individual punching tables, embossing and bending systems or gentle stacking solutions – seamlessly integrated and coordinated. ARKU also offers slitting lines for the slitting of cold-rolled or hot-rolled coils for the processing of different materials.
