Mathias Kammüller, Chief Digital Officer (CDO), Member of the Executive Board of TRUMPF SE + Co. KG, and Chairman of VDMA; and Albert Reiss, Chairman of the Advisory Board at ARKU and Deputy Chairman of the VDMA Baden-Württemberg Regional Association.

"The mechanical and plant engineering industry urgently needs noticeable improvements in business conditions. Less bureaucracy, competitive corporate tax policies, greater flexibility in labor regulations, and limits on rising social security contributions are key prerequisites for enabling our companies to invest more and continue growing," emphasized Dr. Mathias Kammüller, Chairman of VDMA Baden-Württemberg.

The successful day concluded with a shared dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. Pleasant summer weather provided plenty of opportunities for in-depth discussions, the exchange of valuable experiences, and strengthening personal networks. The event ended with many new ideas, engaging discussions, and clear added value for everyone involved.
