Also this year, ARKU has once again gained young and motivated future talents with three new trainees and two DHBW students. September 1 was the start day – a very special day for the five young people who took the first steps into their professional life. Over the next few years, they will learn various professions such as mechatronics, metalworking and mechanical engineering.

After a first introduction and a tour of the company, the newcomers got to know their workplace and met their new colleagues. After that, the young people started to work on their first workpiece during the training workshop. Some photo shootings and a relaxed lunch with the management were also part of the program.

Promoting and training young people has always been important at ARKU. Training is an investment in the future. “We want to be ready for future tasks and place great emphasis in our own junior specialists,” says Chris Schottmüller, training manager at ARKU.

We wish our new colleagues continued success and most of all, a lot of joy on their journey into their professional life.
