If you contact us via contact form, your information from the inquiry form including your contact information provided there will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the case of follow-up questions. We do not disclose this data without your permission.
The processing of the data entered into the contact form therefore takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (article 6, paragraph 1 of the DS-GVO). We store the data for 180 days.
The data which you have entered into the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete the data, revoke your consent for the storage or the purpose of the data storage no longer exists. You can revoke this consent at any time. Informal notification via e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing procedures up until the revocation remains unaffected by the withdrawal of consent.
Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.


Google reCAPTCHA

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether the data entry on our website (e.g. in a contact form) is carried out by a person or an automated program. To this end, reCAPTCHA analyses the behavior of the website visitors, using various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically, as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates a range of information (e.g. IP address, dwell time of the website visitor on the website, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected in the analysis is forwarded to Google. The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place. The data processing takes place on the basis of article 6, paragraph 1-f of the DS-GVO. We have concluded a contract with Google for order data processing and implement the strict requirements of the German Data Protection Authorities regarding the use of Google Analytics to the full extent.

We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. As a result, Google will truncate your IP address before transmission to the USA within member states of the European Union or in other Contracting States to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Your full IP address will only be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases. Google Remarketing allows us to show you only the products which truly interest you, when you are visiting websites which belong to the Google Display Network (GDN). Google Adwords Conversion-Tracking

Analysis by WiredMinds

For marketing and optimization purposes, we utilize products and services from wiredminds GmbH (www.wiredminds.de) on this website. Data is collected, processed and stored which is then used to create user profiles under a pseudonym. Where possible and practical, the usage profiles are completely anonymous. Cookies may be used. Our registration service allows visitors to our website to learn more about our company, download content and provide their contact information along with other demographic information. This information as well as the contents of our website are stored on servers of our software partner, HubSpot. We can use this to contact visitors to our website and to determine which of our company’s services are of interest to them. All information we collect is subject to this privacy policy. We use all information collected exclusively to optimize our marketing measures.

Integration of YouTube

We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offer, which are stored on https://www.youtube.com and can be played directly from our website. These are all integrated in “extended data protection mode”, which means that no data about you as a user is transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos, the data mentioned in paragraph 2 is transmitted. We have no influence on this data transmission.

6. Newsletter

Newsletter data

On our website, we give you the opportunity to subscribe to our company's newsletter. Which personal data is transmitted to the party responsible for the processing when ordering the newsletter is determined by the input mask used for this purpose.
We will inform you about offers from our company at regular intervals via a newsletter. You can only receive the ARKU newsletter if you have a valid e-mail address and have registered to receive the newsletter.
For legal reasons, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address entered for the first time for sending the newsletter as part of the double opt-in procedure. Newsletter tracking

Our newsletters contain tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a thumbnail image embedded in e-mails sent in HTML format to allow log file recording and analysis. This enables a statistical evaluation of the success or failure of online marketing campaigns. Using the embedded pixel-code, we can see whether and when an e-mail was opened by the person concerned and which links in the e-mail were called up by the person concerned.
Such personal data collected via the tracking pixels contained in the newsletters is stored and analyzed by the party responsible for the processing in order to optimize the newsletter dispatch and to adapt the content of future newsletters even better to your interests. Personio

Our website uses the services of Personio to process applicant data. The provider is Personio GmbH, Rundfunkplatz 4, 80335 Munich, Germany.
Personio is a service for organizing and processing personnel data and applicant data. If you enter data for the purpose of submitting an application, this data will be stored on the servers of Personio GmbH in Germany.
Personio GmbH is ISO 27001 certified and operates its servers in Frankfurt, Germany. With the help of Personio, we store and process applicant data.

The data that we store for the purpose of application will be deleted at the latest 3 months after the individual application has been completed. Applicants may request deletion at an earlier point in time. Applicants can be included in the applicant pool if their profile is suitable. The necessary declaration of consent is obtained from the applicant in writing. Provided that the applicant agrees in writing, the stored data may be retained. The declaration of consent can be revoked by the applicant at any time.
