A special highlight was the autonomous deburring of fiber laser cut sheet metal parts. With the new EdgeBreaker® 3000 FIBER, ARKU presented a powerful solution for double-sided processing in just one pass. Combined live with the Vision-Robot EasyBot, ARKU demonstrated how automated loading and unloading can now be achieved without programming or CAD data – efficient, reliable and user-friendly.
ARKU also introduced new automation solutions for small parts processing. Together with the EdgeBreaker® 6000, the Workee® demonstrated how small and medium batch sizes can be automated flexibly and economically. Visitors experienced live how vision technology simplifies part handling and significantly accelerates production processes.
For flame cut parts with heavy burrs and slag, ARKU presented the EdgeBreaker® 4000 NEXT. The machine reliably removes even heavy burrs on both sides in a single pass, ensuring repeatable quality and stable production processes.
In the field of leveling technology, ARKU showcased its full product range – from compact solutions such as the EcoMaster® all the way up to the FlatMaster®, which easily levels thick oxyfuel cut parts up to 60 mm stress-relieved and flat.
Another highlight was the live presentation of the coil-fed laser blanking line with an integrated TRUMPF TruLaser 8000. The system processes material directly from coil, enabling significantly higher material efficiency and flexible production processes for medium batch sizes.
ARKU InfoDays 2026 clearly demonstrated that the focus is not on a single machine, but on the entire process chain – from coil to finished part. Numerous live demonstrations, the processing of customers’ own parts, and direct discussions with ARKU experts once again made the event an important meeting point for the industry.
