A special highlight of the evening was recognizing our long-standing employees. Gottfried Sihler, Chairman of the Management Board, honored Tanja Mayer and Alexander Wald for an impressive 25 years with ARKU. Three other colleagues were recognized for 10 years of service.
Tanja Mayer joined ARKU in April 2001 as a sales representative. After several years in internal service operations, she returned to Sales, where she continues to contribute her many years of experience.
Alexander Wald is also celebrating 25 years with ARKU. He began his career as an assembly technician and has served as Warehouse Manager since 2005, overseeing warehouse organization and operations. His experience and comprehensive knowledge play an important role in ensuring a smooth flow of materials.
“Twenty-five years with a company is far more than an impressive number. It represents loyalty, experience, and dedication,” emphasized Gottfried Sihler, thanking the honorees for their many years of commitment.
Once again, the summer party showed what ARKU is all about: people who have been part of the company for many years and have helped shape its success – and a strong sense of community that also includes the families of our employees.
