Double-sided deburring of fiber laser parts

Laser cutting from coil
One highlight from our coil lines portfolio is laser cutting from coil. This technology enables sheet metal processors to flexibly produce even medium batch sizes directly from coil. Compared to laser cutting from standard blanks, cutting directly from coil significantly reduces material waste. By eliminating fixed sheet dimensions, parts can be nested more efficiently, enabling material cost savings of up to 30% for large parts.
