Giving back to the community is an important value at ARKU. In the past, our involvement has included helping food pantries and disaster relief programs. This year, we are proud to sponsor two local youth soccer teams – a U8 girls’ team and a U8 boys’ team – through the Greater Sycamore Soccer Association (GSSA). Our sponsorship helps families with the costs for jerseys and replaces equipment as needed.
As physical exercise is extremely important at a young age, ARKU wants to help by providing the opportunity to kids in our region to participate. With a focus on recreation, they accept children at all levels of talent and encourage families to attend game days. Today, the energy and excitement in their program is overflowing with approximately 800 players and 75 teams per season. Being a German company, we at ARKU are big soccer fans. It is a joy to support future stars in the sport especially considering how well FC Cincinnati has been performing! The next potential US soccer star could come right from our community.
