From now on, our long time general manager, Hans-Peter Pflüger will take over the newly created department

“Services”. All the services that our customers will want in the future, will be bundled in the resort “Service”. Traditional services - such as hotline, repairs and spare parts - will continue to be supervised by Ulrike Koch. In addition Mr. Pflüger takes mainly the management and coordination for the second hand machines and the leveling center. There are currently 8 levelers in the ARKU leveling center of different models for leveling tests and contract leveling available. Thus sheet metal parts can be leveled from 40 mm thickness and up to 2000 mm width. The management tasks by Hans-Peter Pflüger with the new machine will be borne by the product segment manager.
